Cream of peeled dried broad beans (P.A.T.), prepared according to the traditional Sicilian recipe and flavored with mint. Versatile, with a full-bodied, velvety and dense taste, it gives the palate unforgettable notes of unmistakable and delicious freshness. Excellent as a soup, on croutons. Special delicacy with pasta, as a single dish: to be also suggested as an original and appetizing aperitif in the fried macco version.
