Etna’s autochthonous and ancient cultivation, in danger of disappearing, as well as Slowfood presidium. The color is a straw-yellow, with rusty tips, white and sweet flesh, slightly acid and delicately scented.
As in the traditional recipes, natural preservatives are lemon juice and sugar; pectin gives the right consistency to the preparation; the addition of rosemary confers a note of rough pleasure to the jam. To enjoy for breakfast, snack or with semi-seasoned cheeses (Nero Di Sicilia). Gluten Free.
