The Coscia Pear of Etna has the bright green color of the exocarp, almost yellow in ripe fruit, with the characteristic red dots and streaks that indicate the greatest exposure to the sun. White, sweet and grainy pulp.

 

Natural preservatives: sugar and lemon juice. The addition of lavender brings back the fresh summer fragrances to the nose.

The combination of the two soft flavors goes well with the strong taste of fresh, semi-matured and matured goat’s cheeses. Gluten free.

INGREDIENTS: Coscia pears, sugar, lemon juice, lavender (0.12%). Gelling agent: pectin.

Available in packs of 70 gr and 240 gr. Naturally gluten-free. Our extra jam of Pears Coscia and Lavender can be kept in a cool and dry place and, once opened, in the refrigerator.

 

The extra jam of Coscia Pears and Lavender is produced in our factory in Trecastagni, on the slopes of Etna.
