Lavender is a perennial shrub, with ash green leaves, with very fragrant intense violet inflorescences, collected in the height of summer to ensure the maximum expression of its typical essential oils (linalyl, linalool, limonene, pinene).

We recommend the use of Lavender in the kitchen to flavor delicate sweet preparations, but also delicious salads and original fish-based dishes.

Pack of 10 grams. Lavender is packaged in our factory in Trecastagni, on the slopes of Etna. It is recommended to store it in a cool and dry place.

Lavender has many uses in the kitchen. Desserts can be flavored and savory recipes can be given a touch of unusual but delicious flavor. The lavender risotto is amazing!
